&FARR’s experience spans over four decades in the construction industry. Using your own plans or our pre-designed collection, &FARR builds custom homes, dual occupancy, and multi-townhouse developments. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Justin brings a creative and refreshing approach to his work. From an early start in concrete construction, Justin transitioned seamlessly into property development, approaching every project with an innovation-focused mindset and a commitment to excellence. Justin’s dedication to mastering every aspect of the development cycle ensures that his clients receive a thorough, tailored service from beginning to end. Beyond the job site, Justin spends his time with his young family, a daily reminder of the important things in life, and a constant source of inspiration.
Jake Farrugia
Drawn to construction from an early age, Jake began in the family concrete business. His career evolved as he crafted luxury homes and apartments in Melbourne and managed projects for a major Australian home builder. With extensive experience and skilled hands, Jake possesses a deep understanding of the complex processes needed to construct high-quality homes. Away from work, Jake enjoys property-related pursuits but prioritises his family above all. An avid outdoorsman, Jake is happiest on the jet ski, fishing rod in hand.
