YOUR STORY

We’ll use those details – your ideas, budget, lifestyle—to build a brief. Our team will offer guidance to help shape your vision and outline the process from start to finish.
DESIGN
Every &FARR home is custom designed and tailored to your brief. We offer architecture, interior, and landscape design, or bring your existing plans and we’ll work closely with your architect. Either way, we’ll create a concept design, lay out every detail with careful explanation, and do the utmost to exceed your expectations.
TENDER AND CONTRACT SIGNING
Your preliminary plans will be meticulously prepared and presented to you. Together, we’ll review your tender document and plans to capture any final variations or structural adjustments. This is your opportunity to finalise your home’s design, ensuring every detail is perfect. We’ll prepare the HIA contract for your review and signature, marking a significant milestone in your construction journey. After we’ve received the Homeowners Warranty Insurance, we’ll require a 5% deposit.
BUILD
Our team will guide you through every step, providing upfront costs, clear plans, and detailed timelines so you know what to expect. Briefing the construction team, we’ll ensure that the right techniques are used, and due attention is paid. Carefully nurturing our partnerships is how we guarantee quality, and we’ll communicate with you and every collaborator throughout the entire process.
HANDOVER
Now your house becomes your home. Our team will hand over the keys personally, walk you through your new space, and discuss every detail. We’ll guide you through its care, answer any questions, and be there for support long after the furniture has been moved in. This is your pride and joy, and seeing you make it your own is ours.
